Experience brings more new business
22nd September 2007
Big Picture Interactive (BPI) has welcomed two new clients into the fold recently: major toy and game company Character Options and the well-known express, logistics and international mail services business TNT.
Both companies were attracted by our depth of experience in areas they wish to target, built up over the last 12 years.
Character Options
A children’s toys and games company marketing toys under such brand names as Doctor Who, Peppa Pig and Disney Princesses.
Our work for Character Options on their consumer and corporate sites will include an updated public website which can integrate with both internal and third-party systems.
Family expertise
BPI’s customer journey will be a crucial aspect of the public-facing website, leading customers through discovery of the site, making a great impact when they first arrive, giving them a better experience as they browse, leading them to purchase and ensuring opportunities for future communication.
Our family expertise, built up through work for companies including VTech, CITV and Tomy, will play a large part as we work to make the new site accessible for both visitors through design and search engines through search engine optimisation, all backed by our secure hosting solution.
TNT
Our work for this well-known express, logistics and international mail services business includes optimising the main TNT UK website, looking at a range of crucial pages and also focussing on certain areas with keyword strategies and tactical reports.
Search engine marketing and optimisation is a key part of the strategy to move TNT forward, ensuring they are the company of choice for their potential clients.
Structured teams
We are also creating a microsite for the outsourced services aspect of the business, with viral challenges to raise awareness and generate new leads.
BPI’s structure, with dedicated teams focussing on each client to ensure every aspect of the project is progressing, has proved attractive to new business. Each team is appointed a head from within the departments working on the project, and that person ensures all departments are moving their work forward together.
