Silver Cross launches online sales channel

Silver Cross has chosen Big Picture to develop their online sales channel. As well as Amber CMS, Amber Mail, E-commerce software and Amber CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Silver Cross will use BPI’s software to handle orders and customer services tasks, providing a full end to end solution.
Amber CRM will provide Silver Cross with the capability to easily create and maintain a clear view of customers from first contact through purchase and post-sales.
Amber CMS will be used to create multi-language sites for Silver Cross. Our Amber Mail tool and analytics integrates fully with Amber CRM to allow access a complete view of customer data online or offline, and leverage tools that will enable Silver Cross to get real-time access to customers, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
BPI’s creative team developed the site that not only enhances the Silver Cross brand but help to create online sales revenue – something we know lots about!
